Shipping Policy

We at Create A Circus prioritize the efficient and reliable delivery of your orders. We primarily utilise Australia Post as our shipping partner to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your items. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing the tracking details for your reference.

Please note that selecting Express shipping does not guarantee immediate processing of your order. It simply means that your item will be sent via express post once it is ready for shipment. If you require urgent delivery, kindly contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We offer a "jump the queue" rush fee option for those who need their items urgently.

Our team strives to process your order within one to seven (1 - 7) business days. While we endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible, please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your location. To ensure accurate delivery, kindly double-check the accuracy of your provided delivery address.

Pick Up Option:

If you prefer, we also offer a pick-up option at our Studio in Warana, Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Please arrange a pick-up time with us in advance.

Additional Details:

  • Occasionally, external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, may cause delays in the delivery of goods. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
  • Once your items have been dispatched by Create A Circus, any delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers, especially during high volume seasons, are beyond our responsibility.
  • Create A Circus cannot be held liable for any theft or damage to parcels during shipping or upon delivery. If such an unfortunate event occurs, please contact us immediately, and we will guide you through the necessary steps.
  • All prices listed on our online store are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please note that these prices do not include any relevant overseas duties or custom charges that may be incurred.
  • For international shipments, please be aware that import taxes, duties, and custom fees may be levied by the destination country upon the package's arrival. These charges are the recipient's responsibility, and Create A Circus is not accountable for any additional taxes or customs fees imposed during the shipment.
  • While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
  • In the event that an item is lost, it is the customer's responsibility to locate the package once it has arrived in the destination country. We provide tracking numbers for all packages, and if a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for resending the item.
  • If a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver, Australia Post will attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery cannot be arranged by the cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by the authorities in the receiver's country. Please note that no refunds will be provided for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please be aware that the shipping costs provided on the Create A Circus site do not reflect the customer's return shipping costs from either Australia or international destinations. The customer is fully responsible for funding the cost of return shipping, and this cost is not covered by Create A Circus under any circumstances.
